Custom Hat Questions
What's the minimum order for custom hats?
Twelve hats. We price in set quantities — 12, 24, 48, 60, 72, and 96 hats — and anything over 100 gets a custom quote.
How much do custom embroidered hats cost?
12 hats are $125, 24 are $244, 48 are $464, 60 are $565, 72 are $660, and 96 are $832. A one-time $10 setup fee per logo applies to new designs and is waived when you re-order the same logo.
How big can my logo be?
Up to 4 inches wide by 2.5 inches tall on the front panel. We don't offer 3D puff embroidery.
What file should I send for my logo?
A transparent PNG works best. Embroidery has no background — only the stitched design appears on the cap — so clean, high-contrast artwork with simple shapes reproduces best. Very fine detail, gradients, and tiny text don't stitch well.
How long does it take?
Production runs 5–7 business days once your logo and size are submitted, then ships free anywhere in the United States.
What hat styles and colors can I get?
Cotton dad hats and foam mesh trucker caps, currently in black. Other colors are available on request — just add a note with your order.
Can I return a custom hat?
Custom orders are final sale because each one is made to order with your artwork. If an item arrives defective or doesn't match your approved order, contact us and we'll remake it or refund it.
